Vocal Director
My name is Jill Martin and I am the director of Celebration Team at Cornerstone. I have been involved with Cornerstone for about 7 years, both as a member of the choir and as the director. I graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a B.M. in music education and from the University of Nebraska with a M.A. in special education. I currently teach early childhood special education for Lincoln Public Schools.
If you are interested in adding to the music team, we welcome all to share your talents. This is also a group that loves to have fun. We not only provide music for worship, but we enjoy getting together on rehearsal days to talk, sing, entertain and take a much needed break from school. I hope to see you in the fall.

Instrumentalist
My name is John Fischer, and I am from Custer, SD (it's right by Mt. Rushmore in the Black Hills). I'm a junior here at UNL studying music education, and this is my first year playing piano for Cornerstone. When I am not working on school work, I like to play soccer or visit the climbing wall at the rec. Speaking Spanish is another hobby of mine, although I don't have much time for it right now. I enjoy playing for the worship team here, and I'm also enjoying getting to know people through Cornerstone. Please come and say hi!
